Betty greeted me upon my arrival. The room and bathroom was very clean. Her note and goodies in my room was a very nice touch. It was a great place to stay while visiting my local friend.

A beautiful home and peaceful property. Betty was responsive and helpful. Her home was clean and well stocked with amenities. We loved all of the Christmas touches. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the house and meeting Betty. I would love to return. Got to enjoy the pool and the goats and of course all of the Christmas decorations. Betty is so great!!!

At the bed and breakfast 365 Christmas House. A lovely quiet home with several different size bedrooms and each one named after a Christmas song or story. We stayed in the three trees room which had 3 Christmas trees and themed photos. A perfect stay for any time of the year and especially if you have several family members who could go with you. We for sure will come back!

I love Christmas and this is Christmas 365 days a year. Every room, corner, and niche was decorated tastefully with Christmas and Christian themes. Betty, the host, was delightful! I wish we had extra time to stay because it was so peaceful and relaxing. The house was spacious and Betty made us feel welcome in every room of the house. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Our stay at Betty’s place was awesome. With no pet sitter, we had to find a pet friendly stay. The fenced in yard around the private pool was awesome because our dog could hang while we swam. I messaged Betty at 10p the first night unable to find our tv remote just to let her know, she wrote back immediately and saved the day. *The three trees room we booked was *HUGE* for a bedroom and the house is massive. We felt at home immediately and the grounds the house is on is beautiful/secluded in the country, but also within 5-10 min drive to MANY good restaurants. If you’ve brought your pets, Warren Dunes State park in MI is 20 mins away and the beach is pet friendly. The Indiana Dunes are also 30 mins~ away and have pet friendly beaches. There’s a Walmart less than ~10 mins away in case you’re forgetful like us. If you like hot showers, fear not! The snack basket & mini fridge in our room was nice. Plenty of linens, massive kitchen downstairs. PLENTY of parking. JUST BOOK IT ALREADY!

Betty communicated well
Betty’s was a welcoming, comfortable spot to stay as we traveled from Minnesota to view the total solar eclipse. She was very prompt and helpful in answering the couple of questions we had and sharing favorite places to eat and historic sites to visit in the area. The semi-rural setting was peaceful and lovely – an inviting patio, lots of trees, birds, and Betty’s spring flower gardens. A male cardinal delighted us as it landed on the window ledge and studied us through the window for almost a minute. If we ever make our way back to Missouri, we’d love to stay at Betty’s home again!
We really appreciate Betty going the 2nd mile and several areas of our accommodations. She even allowed us to stay several more hours so we could observe the eclipse from the quietness of her backyard and garden area.
I especially loved the area, there were so many birds!
